At FlexWear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience.

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item has not been used, damaged, or altered, remains in its original packaging, and all original tags and labels are still attached.

We do not offer monetary refunds for products purchased through our website. Exchanges only are available in accordance with this policy.

If the exchange is required due to an error made by FlexWear, such as a defective item, incorrect product, or incorrect size sent by us, FlexWear will cover all shipping and exchange costs.

If the exchange is requested due to an incorrect size selection, change of preference, or any reason that is not the responsibility of FlexWear, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and exchange costs.

FlexWear reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
